At first glance, this looks like a more or less typical transformative agreement: the library pays a fee, and the fee covers both access to subscription content and OA publishing services for its campus authors. Can you tell us what sets this model apart from other read-and-publish or publish-and-read agreements that are offered by other publishers?

· Full compliance with funder mandates for CC BY 4.0 licensing.
· Predictable, transparent pricing that reflects both reading and publishing behavior.
