Today, NIH has released a Request for Information on Maximizing Research Funds by Limiting Allowable Publishing Costs

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on the different options. On my first pass, I noted "Option 3: Set a limit on allowable costs per publication and allow a higher amount to be paid when peer reviewers are compensated" would benefit Bhattacharya’s new journal - https://publichealth.realclearjournals.org/publishing-philosophy/ .
