I'm looking to expand my professional conference horizons.  What are some open access/scholarship-centric conferences you would recommend attending, either virtually or in person?  
I've attended OASPA (Open Access Scholarly Publishing Association) virtually, and the Charleston Conference seems to be increasingly filling the gap in this area, but I'm keen to check out other conferences that highlight openness, particularly those geared toward folks working in libraries.
